After a short break in Switzerland, I am back in Asia for the last part of my assignment. How happily suprised I was to see that self-isolation measures are less strict in Japan than the previous ones. Using public transportation is not allowed, close contact to others, but I can leave my room to get food and going out for a sun bath belongs to a grey zone (it depends how necessary the sun bath is for you, I guess). Anyway, today I decided to follow the Tokko river and I arrived at Naritasan Park. I didn’t expect to see a floating temple, where geishas were playing music, ponds full of huge fishes, various Buddhist temples and a huge Tahoto style pagoda named the Great Pagoda of Peace.
On Wednesday I will head to Yokohama, where my company offices are located.
